• Why this intensive?
  Imagine that you could be liberated of that "Aaargh!"-feeling, that (almost) constant nagging feeling of knowing that your full potential isn't coming out; that you're constantly running behind everything and everyone; that deep knowing that you're just not being on top of your game, although you want it so badly, and you know you can do it.
  Imagine that you could transform that "Aaargh!"-feeling into living the "Aha!"-experience.
  
  That's what our intensive in Slovakia is all about. We will bring you personal leadership for Entrepreneurs and Ambitious Leaders, in a remote and inspiring location, together with others.
  You will fully immerse yourself in where this "Aaargh"-feeling comes from, what you're missing to get to that "Aha!"-experience, and which steps you need to take to reach and maintain that "Aha!".
  
  The core of this programme is our time together, which will be an intense 3-day adventure, (re)igniting your (personal) leadership fire. But because life can't be changed in only 3 days, you will slowly be immersed into the experience already one month upfront, and we will keep on guiding you up till the full implementation, after your 3-day intensive.
  So you will need to be full in to get everything out!
  
  To achieve the goal(s) we set together upfront, we will be combining individual moments of reflection, paired interventions, and full group initiatives, all based on our experts' proven way of coaching. And, throughout the different days, you will get the opportunity to experience the power of being individually coached by our Lead-Coach, Dennis.
  But to strengthen the power of the programme, we keep the exact agenda of these 3 days secret. In that way, the effect of the unexpected can uplift your experience even more.
  
  Your growth through this intensive is based on a shared experience of you and your fellow participants. So being fully yourself is an essential ingredient to your journey. If everybody is fully present and fully him-/herself, the diversity of the group, and everybody's background, will enrich the questions asked, the discussions held and the insights gained, throughout and beyond these days.
